- Passionate about his work, transport and logistics;
- Knowledge of legislation regarding domestic, international and extra-community transports;
- Relevant experience in the field of road shipments (suppliers / transport customers for express delivery, organization of freight transport in dedicated and van grouping); and in sales of transport services: minimum 3 years;
- English, Spanish (spoken fluently) or any other foreign language is an advantage;
- PC, Word, Excel operation;
- Dynamic person, with communication, relationship and negotiation skills;
- An organized person who is used to working with deadlines.
- Job description
- Ensures the increase of sales, both through an extensive development (increasing the number of customers) and intensive (taking over the entire internal, international and external transport needs of the customer) in accordance with the company’s internal procedures;
- Informs the clients and conceives offers for them regarding the provision of transport services and related services (storage, insurance, customs formalities, etc.), within the agreed term;
- Plans, organizes and deals with the development of freight transport in dedicated mode and group vans, optimizes routes, controls and reduces costs to make a profit.
- Controls the fulfillment of the clients’ requirements regarding the services provided (without non-conformities), from the taking over of the transport request and until the collection, respectively the payment.
